Many people tend to shy away from seafood because it is pricey. Shrimp is one of the most budget-friendly lean proteins. Although I keep most things fresh, pre-frozen raw shrimp work just fine for this recipe. I bought 3/4 pound of raw shrimp for just $5, that’s enough shrimp for 2-3 hungry people!
